I could just make a new image of the actor from scratch, if you want.

I think this is a good idea (because I don't think, from a front view, you'd actually notice the pantograph ... not until you saw him at an angle ... you know?) And then, what you could do, is include the image with the raised pantograph in the physical description of your character biosheet ... that would give everyone a really nice visual of how Acel'ex appears when the pantograph is erect (tehehehe, look Navir, I said erect. )

Actually the folded panto WOULD be visible. It is just folded flat like the ones on the Acela Express trains would be.

So then I'm curious, if folded flat, does it rest on top of his head or does it extend backwards off of his head?
